A docking station functions in combination with trucks equipped with their own unloading moving bottoms. The moving bottom is driven by a hydraulic aggregate which is a component of the docking station. Bulk material is fed into the machine's loading part. Screw conveyors in the station bottom transport material onto a scraper conveyor. The scraper conveyor (which is part of the station) transports bulk material to be processed.
Two docking stations and one scraper conveyor can simultaneously unload two vehicles.
The machine’s small dimensions, modular design, mobility and lack of need to be dug into the ground make it a very functional solution for vehicle unloading.
