A moving unloading floor with moving scrapers driven by hydraulic actuators can effectively store and unload such materials as chips, pellets, bark, shredded tyres, dirty sawdust and waste. The quantity of unloaded material can be smoothly adjusted by changing the capacity of the hydraulic pump. An even stream of bulk material is guaranteed by a rotary homogenizer. The unloaded material is then fed onto a scraper, screw or belt conveyor. The machine can store quite a significant capacity of material and this can be further increased by combining several moving floors together.
• Storing large quantities of bulk materials (even up to several thousand cubic metres), for instance, biomass in power plants.
• Receiving bulk material from trucks.
• Unloading moving bottoms for biomass at Białystok and Wrocław Power Plant.
