A BinEX machine is used for unloading hard-flowing bulk materials from tanks of 1.6–6 m diameter with 0.5–1,000 t/h capacity.
Bulk material is scraped by the discharge arm and transported to the outlet under the load-relieving cone.
A BinEX can be installed in either new or existing silos. We recommend it especially for locations where bulk material needs to be discharged with a defined and adjustable capacity.
We guarantee proper mass flow of bulk material in a tank after performing material tests in our laboratory.
BinEX may be used in co-operation with a weighing conveyor as a bulk material dosing system.
